摘要
多晶硅生产废水含有多晶硅切割液中的聚乙二醇、较多悬浮物和胶体物质,具有COD浓度高、可生化性差的特点,采用混凝沉淀/EGSB/ABR/接触氧化工艺处理,结果表明,多级厌氧好氧组合工艺生化降解效果好,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准,系统运行稳定、可靠。
The wastewater from polysilicon production contains polyethylene glycol in polysilicon cutting liquid, much suspended solids and colloid. With high COD concentration and poor biodegradability, the wastewater was treated by coagulation and sedimentation/EGSB/ABR/contact oxidation process. The results showed that the biodegradability effect of multistage anaerobic and aerobic combined process was good, and the effluent quality could meet the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). The system had stable and reliable operation.
