南方某UNITANK工艺污水处理厂活性污泥性状改善 被引量:2

Improvement of Activated Sludge Performance in a Wastewater Treatment Plant with UNITANK Process in South China

摘要 针对我国南方某应用UNITANK工艺的污水处理厂运行过程中活性污泥性状不佳,污水处理后出现磷浓度偶尔超标,无法稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准的问题,进行了活性污泥性状改善工作。利用污水处理厂进行二期设备安装全厂停水期间,通过投加营养物、间歇曝气、剩余污泥排放、缓慢恢复进水等方式,在污水处理厂停水检修的10 d内成功对活性污泥性状进行了改善。污水处理厂恢复进水后处理效果稳定,各项指标均能达到一级A标准。 The activated sludge performance in the operation of a wastewater treatment plant with UNITANK process in South China was poor, and the phosphorus concentration after the wastewater treatment occasionally exceeded the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). Aimed at these problems, the activated sludge performance was improved. During the period of raw wastewater suspension for installation of the secondphase equipment, the activated sludge performance was successfully improved by adding nutrients, intermittent aeration, excess sludge discharge and slowly recovering of influent quantity in 10 days. After recovering the influent into the wastewater treatment plant, the treatment effect was stable, and the indicators could meet the first level A criteria.
