摘要
禽伤寒是由鸡伤寒沙门氏菌引起的一种败血症性疾病，呈急性或慢性，本病一年四季均可发生，主要侵害鸡与火鸡，其他鸭、珠鸡、孔雀等鸟类也可感染。成年鸡较雏鸡易感。雏鸡发病的临床症状与鸡白痢相似，不易区分。笔者将经历的一例禽伤寒的治疗过程及多年的临床体会进行报告。
