摘要
基于ABAQUS非线性有限元软件及Johnson-cook模型,模拟了圆钢管受侧向冲击的动态响应,获得了不同冲击条件下圆钢管的变形情况,分析了圆管内压、冲击速度和管壁厚度的影响。结果表明:内充气压是影响钢管径向冲击下动态响应的一个重要因素,随着内压增大,冲击点处位移减小;增加管壁厚度,冲击变形区域缩小;提高冲击速度,圆钢管局部凹陷和整体结构变形明显增大。试验结果和数值分析方法可用于充压圆钢管侧向冲击作用下的安全评估。
Based on the ABAQUS and Johnson-cook model, a numerical simulation is performed to studythe nonlinear dynamic response of pressurized gas pipes subjected to transverse impact loads, Thedeformation modes of the steel pipes under different impact conditions are obtained, and the influence ofinternal pressure, impact velocity and wall thickness are analyzed. Studies have shown that: the internalpressure is an important factor to the dynamic response. Along with the increase of the internal pressure,the dent depth at the impact point decreased. When the wall thickness was increased, the deformedregion decreased. With the increase of the impact speed, local depression and overall structuraldeformation of the pipes increased. Test results and numerical analysis can be used to assess safety ofpressurized pipes.
