摘要
为研究方钢管混凝土外伸端板螺栓连接节点抗拉拔性能,进行7组试验,研究了方钢管截面尺寸、混凝土强度、螺栓强度、螺栓孔间距和方钢管管壁厚度对承载能力影响,获得了试件的荷载位移曲线,分析了各条件对承载力影响的不同程度。研究结果表明:这些因素中刚管壁厚度对承载力影响最大,混凝土强度影响最小,管壁厚度和螺栓强度决定了破坏模式,当由管壁厚度控制强度时强度较低,延性较好,当由螺栓控制强度时相反。
In order to investigate the bearing capacity behavior on tensile strength of square concretefilledsteel tube(S- CFT) connection with bolts, seven specimens were tested in the experiment. Testanalyzes effects include the different sectional dimension square steel tube, strength of concrete, the boltstrength, transverse space of bolt hole and square steel tube wall thickness on the bearing capacity of theconnectors. The experiment the load-displacement curve of the specimens and analysed the differentdegree of the influence of various conditions on the bearing capacity. The results show that:Square steeltube wall thickness have the The biggest impact on the bearing capacity and the strength of concreteminimal. The wall thickness and bolt strength determines the failure mode.The bearing capacity is lowand the ductility better when the intensity controlled by the thickness, It is opposite when the intensitycontrolled by the bolt.
