推进反腐倡廉建设需要进行廉政政策评估,廉政政策评估包括质量评估和绩效评估两个方面,可从规范性、可行性、充分性、适应性、有效性和回应性六个维度进行考察。廉政政策评估是判定廉政政策走向的重要手段、确保廉政政策正确性的关键举措,推动廉政政策发展的有效途径。我们要坚持针对性、操作性、完整性、时代性等原则,努力构建、完善科学合理的廉政政策评估指标体系,推动廉政政策评估活动的开展。

To promote the construction of anti-corruption,it is necessary to conduct the evaluation of anti-corruption policies,including the quality assessment and performance assessment. These two kinds of evaluation may be conducted from six dimensions,ie,normalization,feasibility,sufficiency,flexibility,effectiveness and responsiveness. The evaluation of anti-corruption policies constitutes important ways to decide the trend of anti-corruption policies,establishes the key measures to guarantee the correctness of anti-corruption policies. Hence an effective way to drive the progress of anti-corruption policies. We must stick to the principle of pertinency,operability,integrity and contemporaneity so as to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system to promote the anticorruption policies.
