摘要 专业承诺是支撑大学生成长为优秀专业人才的重要心理条件,但国内大学生专业承诺发展存在总体水平偏低并随年级递增而下降的现象,不利于专业人才的培养。大学应针对这一问题的复杂性,理性地选择以培养学生整合思维为切入点,使专业承诺认知框架及动力体系的建构基于一定整合思维水平之上,同时注重打造整合式专业承诺教育教学体系及制度文化,以促进大学生专业承诺品质发展,提高人才培养质量。 Professional commitment is a key psychological factor make students excellent professional talents.But the professional commitment education in domestic universities is not efficient. The level of students' professional commitment not only is generally low,but declines with the grade increasing. This is not conducive to the cultivation of professional talents. Universities should rationally cultivate the integrative thinking of students as the starting point according to the nature and causes of the problem,making the construction of the cognitive framework of professional commitment and power system based on a higher level of integrative thinking; at the same time,we should create an integrative teaching system and culture of professional commitment education. Thus makes a path to improve the efficiency of professional commitment education.
