摘要
针对高精度恒V/F值控制的变频空调压缩机对交流变频调速的要求 ,研制了采用修改的空间矢量型PWM法的逆变器以改善其线性放大特性 ;采用瞬时平均电压法实现死区电压降补偿 ,通过检测直流侧电压实现交流电压波动的前馈补偿 ,以提高其输出电压精度 ,改善输出电流波形。控制器用三菱先进的 16位M 3770 5单片机实现 。
An inverter designed for constant V/F air conditioner motor driving is introduced. A modified space vector PWM method is studied so that the linearity of the inverter can be improved when M>1. The well known instantaneous average voltage method is used for compensating dead time and input dc link voltage changes. The inverter is controlled by a M37705 single chip microprocessor and has been successfully used in AC motor speed control of a home central air conditioner compressor.
