摘要
教师专业发展动机是教师专业发展的内在核心与关键。文章基于积极心理学视角,以幼儿园教师为例剖析,其专业发展动机缺乏主要有四个方面的表现:专业发展目标模糊、专业发展价值观危机、专业发展需要淡漠、专业发展的自我效能感不足。幼儿园教师专业发展动机缺乏的原因有三:对环境和境遇的解释消极、归因偏差、认为工作缺乏吸引力。在此基础上提出有效激发幼儿园教师专业发展动机的途径和方法,即提升专业的吸引力,设定积极的专业发展目标,激发追求卓越的高级需要,树立专业发展的信念和理想,增强专业发展的自我效能感。
The kindergarten teachers' professional development motivation,is the inner core and key of teacher professional development. Bases on the perspective of positive psychology,the article finds that kindergarten teachers' professional development motivation lack exists in the following four main aspects,ie: fuzzy professional development goals,professional development values crisis,inadequacy of professional development needs,and adequacy of professional development self-efficacy. Furthermore,this article provides an analysis of the reason for the lack of the kindergarten teachers' professional development motivation,including negative environment and situation,attribution bias,and unattractiveness of the work. Finally,it puts forward effective ways and methods of kindergarten teachers' professional development motivation,including improvement of the professional appeal,set of a positive professional development goal,and enhancement of the self-efficacy of professional development.
