摘要 针对家电等行业对智能涂胶设备的需要,介绍了一种智能涂胶机系统的设计,详细描述了系统的原理和硬件功能。为实现对涂胶机精确控制,基于触摸屏+运动控制器设计了涂胶机控制系统。通过触摸屏与运动控制器之间的通信对运动控制器进行参数设置。该机具有示教、自动涂胶、自动检测报警功能,其基于双目视觉的胶线质量检测模块,可实现胶线质量的在线检测。 Aimed at the needs of intelligent coater of sealant in household and other industries,an intelligent gluing system was introduced. The principle and hardware function of the system were descripted in detail. In order to implement gluing system for accuracy control,its control system was designed based on touch screen and motion controller. Through the communication between the touch screen and motion controller,parameters of the controller were setup. Besides the functions of demonstration teaching operation,automatic gluing and detecting automatically to give an alarm,it is also assembled with quality inspection module based on binocular vision to implement the online automatic detection of the quality of glue line.
