摘要
论述了居住区宜居性建设的重要性,从室内环境、住区环境、物业管理、教育条件、停车位、交通组织六方面,提出了住区宜居性建设的方法及建议,旨在创造出让居住者满意的住所环境。
The paper discusses the importance of residential community livability construction. Starting from six aspects of indoor environment,living environment,property management,educational conditions,parking space and traffic organization,it puts forward residential community livability construction methods and suggestions,with a view to create satisfied living environment.
