北京地区基坑湿喷混凝土配比与强度关系研究

摘要 在湿喷混凝土配比设计合格的基础上,对三组配比进行强度分析,得到不同配比情况下强度关系情况,试验表明:各个配比的混凝土强度变化有所差异,但都能够满足设计强度的要求,有速凝剂条件下且速凝剂掺量控制在3%~5%,水灰比为0.5,砂率为46%的配比最优。 Based on the standard proportional ratio of the wet shotcrete,the paper undertakes the strength analysis of the three proportion groups,concludes the strength laws under various proportional ratios,and proves by the test that the strength changes of the concrete differ from each other in the proportional ratios but they can meet the demands of the designed strength,and the proportional ratio is the optimal when the accelerator is controlled within 3% ~ 5%,water-cement ratio is 0. 5 and the sand coarse aggregate ratio is 46%.
