汽轮发电机顶轴油分配器螺栓断裂故障分析及处理

Cause analysis of steam turbine jacking oil distributor bolt breakage and treatment

电厂汽轮发电机启动前必须先投顶轴油系统,顶轴油通过油泵由分配器引入支持轴承内将汽轮发电机转子顶起,为汽轮发电机顺利转动建立初始油膜。因此,顶轴油系统设备的正常投用是汽轮发电机组启机的前提条件。根据国内某核电站汽轮发电机顶轴油分配器螺栓断裂的事件,以故障树分析法对螺栓断裂的因素逐项分析,归纳出导致螺栓断裂的直接原因和根本原因。

Successfully put into operation of jacking oil system is the precondition of steam turbine generator. This paper analyzed the accident of a domestic nuclear power plant's steam turbine generator jacking oil distributor bolt breakage. Based on the failure tree method,the direct cause and primary cause were indicated. Integrated with other causes,the treatment measurements were provided for reference for similar unit fixture quality management.
