摘要
论述了现行选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统中存在的液氨供给、喷氨格栅堵塞及催化剂磨损、积灰等问题,分析其原因,并提出针对性解决措施。提出了一种简单有效的氨耗量估算方法,通过对比计算结果与实际氨耗量,可以判断喷氨是否过量、均匀,保证机组安全、稳定、经济运行。
This paper discusses the problem and solution to the supply of liquid ammonia,ammonia injection grid congestion,catalyst abrasion and ash deposition exist in the current SCR denitrification system. In the increasingly serious environmental situation,ultra-low emissions transformation at the same time,also should pay attention to solve the problems existing in the system,to ensure the stable operation of the boiler and to meet the standards of environmental protection.
