摘要
针对氨逃逸率大的问题,华电潍坊发电有限公司降低了#1锅炉A送风机出力,减少了A空气预热器换热,将A空气预热器排烟温度提高至200℃以上,使积聚的NH4HSO4由固态转化为液态和气态,通过烟气将液态和气态的NH4HSO4带至下游,起到降低空气预热器压差的作用。通过试验可知,该方法理论上可行,同时还提出了提高排烟温度以降低空气预热器压差的方法。
Based on the high rate of ammonia escape,Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited reduced the capacity of pressure fan of boiler A,and the air transfer of air preheater A,which brings the exhaust gas temperature up high to 200 ℃above and made NH_4HSO_4 become solid state instead of liquid and gas. According to the experiment,increasing exhaust gas temperature in order to reduce the differential pressure of air preheater.
