摘要
福建大唐国际宁德发电有限责任公司卸船机原设计能保证卸船机在风速20 m/s以下时正常工作,但使用现场出现过31 m/s的风速,原设计的防风装置存在安全隐患,无法满足现场可能出现的极端天气,需要对卸船机原有的防风装置进行改造。阐述了轮压防风设备和夹轨、顶轨防风设备的工作原理,并对比了其优缺点,根据卸船机自身情况,在原有夹轨器的基础上加装了夹轮器,改造后,卸船机的安全性及可靠性大幅提高。
The bridge-type grab ship unloader initially designed by Fujian Datang International Ningde Power Generation Company Limited can guaranteed that the ship unloader could run under 20 m / s wind speed. However,the situation is occasionally31 m / s wind speed,which means the initial design for ship unloader could hide trouble in safety and a modification needs to be done. This paper elaborate that the ship unloader could be modified through wheel-pressure,rail clamping or rail brake's antiwind device,and also gives merits and demerits to these methods. According to the ship itself,this paper suggests to install wheel gripper on the rail clamping device,hence substantially improves safety and reliability.
