摘要
对2014年264家上市公司的企业"漂绿"现象进行实证分析。结果表明:地方国企比央企更有"漂绿"的可能;绩效差的民企比绩效好的民企更可能"漂绿";民企和国企的"漂绿"没有太大的差别。
state-owned enterprises is more possible than central state-owned enterprises in the choice of greenwashing. When company’sperformance gets more worse, it is more possible for the company to choose greenwashing. There is no large difference betweenprivate enterprise and state-owned enterprise.
