摘要
环介导等温扩增(LAMP)技术是一种具有特异性强、灵敏度高、快速简便、扩增高效等优点的等温核酸扩增方法。近年来,该技术在许多方面得到了进一步的改进和发展,主要体现在多重LAMP技术的实现以及LAMP技术与其他技术的联合应用方面。对LAMP技术在细菌检测、病毒检测、寄生虫检测、真菌和支原体检测、动物胚胎性别鉴定、转基因食品检测以及肿瘤基因检测中的应用进展进行了综述,并对LAMP技术的应用前景进行了展望,为今后LAMP技术的发展及应用提供参考。
The loop-mediated isothermal amplification ( LAMP) is a kind of isothermal nucleic acidamplification method with high specificity, high sensitivity, fast and efficient amplification etc. Since itsinception, the technology has been further improved and developed, mainly reflecting in multiplex LAMPand its combination with other technologies aspects. This paper primarily summarized its application inbacteria detection , virus detection , parasite detection , fungus and mycoplasma detection , sexing of animalembryos, genetically modified food detection and tumor gene detection in recent years, and looked into itsapplication prospect, so as to provide reference for the development and application of LAMP technology.
