摘要
结合工程设计综合甲级资质企业的业务特点,全面探讨了其作为总承包商在EPC项目各阶段开展成本控制的优势,指出了其在建设过程各环节进一步压缩成本的方法,对相关企业开展成本控制有一定的借鉴意义。
Considering the business characters of enterprise with integrated class A certificate, this article analyses its advantages of executing cost control during each stage of EPC project, and points out the methods of saving cost in each step of construction process, and finally provides significant reference to related companies in cost control field.
