摘要
介绍了一种旁路由旋转球阀和多级节流孔板组成的新型泵保护阀的设计与计算,该泵在旁路为极小流量时可有效替代常规高压泵保护阀中的多级节流串结构。在实际工程中的应用证明,能有效地保证泵在最小流量时正常运转。
This paper introduces the design and calculation of a new type of valve for pump protection, whose bypass consists of rotary ball valve and multi-stage throttling orifice, which can effectively replace multistage throttling plug of ordinary valve for high pressure pump protection when the bypass is at minimum flow service. It has been proved to assure pump′s normal operation in practical application at minimum flow service.
