摘要
对辽宁大唐国际阜新煤制天然气项目硫回收装置原设计进行深入分析,提出了对硫回收尾气处理部分工艺流程的整体优化措施。优化结果表明:装置的工艺优化效果较好,SO2排放量减少301.8t/a,在满足更高的环保达标要求的基础上,使其技术经济指标更加先进。
Through in-depth analysis of the original design of sulfur recovery unit of Liaoning Datang International Fuxin Coal to SNG Project, this paper presents an integrated optimization measure for tail gas treatment process of sulfur recovery unit. The optimization result shows that the process optimization effect of the unit is good, SO2 discharge is reduced by 301. 8t/a, and the techno-economic indicators are more advanced on the basis of meeting higher en-vironment protection requirements.
