摘要
自锚式悬索桥的梁、塔、缆、索相互作用,形成复杂的自平衡体系,要想完成这类桥梁的建造,必须经历一个复杂的施工及结构体系转化过程。以青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为例,对自锚式悬索桥施工全过程的控制要点和控制技术进行深入分析研究,分别给出索塔标高、变形和受力,加劲梁线形和受力,主缆长度和线形,吊索长度和张拉等的控制方法,为同类桥梁的施工控制提供参考。
The beam, tower, cable and wire of anchored suspension bridge interact to form a complex selfbalance system. Construction of such bridges requires complicated construction and structural systemtransform process. This paper, taking Dagu River Navigable Bridge of Qingdao Bay Bridge as an example,performs detailed research on control key points and control technology in the whole process of anchoredsuspension bridge construction. This paper also summarizes control methods for cable tower elevation,deformation and stress, reinforced beam linearity and stress, main cable length and linearity, suspensionlength and tensile force, etc. , which may provide reference for similar bridge construction control.
