摘要
为了解决出入口匝道安全性问题,减少高速公路出入口匝道事故率,从道路因素、车辆因素及其他因素选取评价指标构建模糊综合评价模型,对高速公路出入口匝道的安全性进行评价,并采用层次分析法计算各因素的权重。应用该评价模型对仁赤高速公路K15+225 m出口匝道进行详细的安全评价,并针对评价结果给出相应的安全改善措施。另外,应用该模型还对仁赤高速公路全线12个出入口匝道的安全性进行评价,结果表明:58%以上的出入口匝道处于临界安全状态。
In order to settle the access ramp safety issues,reduce accident rate at access ramp of express ways, we set up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on evaluation indices selected from road factors,vehicle factors and miscellaneous,so to evaluate the safety of access ramp of express ways,weight of each factor shall be calculated by analysis hierarchy process.With this evaluation model,we paid detailed safety evaluation to exit ramp atK15＋225m of Renhuai-Chishui Express Way,relevant safety improving measures were given based on the evaluation result.Besides,this model was also used to evaluate all 12 access ramps on Renhuai-Chishui Express Way,results showed：over 58%access ramps are in critical safety status.
