摘要
为了整合无线检测与以太网技术,并将其无缝接入工业检测领域,设计了一种工业无线检测系统。该系统主要由现场检测设备、网关和上位机软件等部分组成。现场检测设备采用Zig Bee通信技术完成对自身节点检测数据的收集和无线传输。无线网关负责建立和管理网络,接收各节点数据,解析并将其重新封装为Modbus格式包,实现与上位机组态软件的通信。测试表明,该系统符合工业现场的应用需求,具有实用价值。
In order to integrate wireless detection technology and Ethernet technology, and seamlessly access to the industrial detection field, anindustrial wireless detection system is designed. The system mainly consists of field sensing devices,gateway and IPC software. The field sensing devicescollect and transmit the node data with the support of the ZigBee communication technology. The wireless gateway is in charge of establishing andmanaging the network, and receiving, parsing and repackaging received node data as Modbus format packet to communicate with host computersoftware. The test shows that the system is in line with the application requirements of industrial field,and is qualified for practical use.
