压力及流量波动对科氏流量计精度的影响

摘要 对科氏流量计的计量精度与压力及流量波动的关系进行了研究。将艾默生CMF200/2700流量计安装在流量检定装置上进行压力及流量波动试验,得到试验结果。采用国产某型号变送器代替艾默生2700变送器,进行了类似试验。试验结果表明,艾默生CMF200/2700流量计在试验过程中检测电压始终不变,计量误差几乎不受压力及流量波动的影响;而CMF200搭配国产某型号变送器的误差则受影响较大。通过分析检测电压与误差的关系,提出了该国产变送器的改进方向。 The relationships between the measurement accuracy of the Coriolis flowmeter and the fluctuations of pressure and flow are studied.And the flowmeter CMF200/2700 from Emerson is installed on the flow calibration device for carrying out tests of pressure and flow fluctuations,the test results are gained. Similar tests are done by using domestic model transmitter instead of Emerson 2700 transmitter. The results show thatvoltage detected by the Emerson CMF200 / 2700 flowmeter is always the same during the test, measurement error is almost unaffected bypressure and flow fluctuations, while the errors of using CMF200 and a domestic model transmitter are influenced greatly. By analyzing therelationship between the detection voltage and error, the improvement direction of this domestic transmitter is proposed.
