摘要
东盟是中国重要的投资地,对于中国的产业升级和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设具有重要战略意义。东盟各国发展程度迥异,面临的政治经环境也各不相同,但大部分国家却存在类似的问题,如政府效率低下、政治斗争激烈、基础设施落后、恐怖主义威胁严重等,这些是中国在对东盟进行投资时不得不考虑的。为对东盟国家的投资环境有基本的了解,文章分析了东盟国家的发展程度、政治环境和经济环境,并对代表性国家进行了重点介绍。
ASEAN is an important investment destination for China and is of important strategic significance for China＇s industrial upgrading andthe construction of the ＂21st century Maritime Silk Road＂ . ASEAN countries＇ have quite different development levels and their political andbusiness environments are also different. But most of them are facing with similar problems as low government efficiency , bitter political struggles,poor infrastructure, serious threats from terrorism and so on. These are the problems that China has to consider when investing in ASEAN. Aimingat introducing basic understandings on the investment environments of ASEAN countries , this article analyzed the development levels of ASEANcountries, the political and business environment, as well as introducing the representative countries.
