摘要
交通物流通道对推进"一带一路"具有重要理论意义和实践意义。其依托综合交通网络、承载物资流动的大动脉、主骨架,具有货流密度高、辐射范围广、交通资源密集、战略地位突出等特点,一般由多种运输方式、多条运输航线、多级物流通道和相应的服务组织系统所构成。我国物流通道设施普遍落后、资金需求大、投资回收期长、不确定因素较多,安全标准不统一。借助"一带一路"战略推进交通物流通道发展,提升交通物流通道承载力、辐射力和带动力,引领空间优化开发、资源聚集整合、要素集约配置、功能集成整合、产业集群发展,促进经济结构优化和经济一体化、形成新的经济增长极、培育开发新势态,增强国际竞争力。
Transport and logistics channel is of important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the "One Belt and One Road" , whichdepends on comprehensive transportation networks, carrying the artery of material flow, the main frame, with the high density of goods, widerange of radiation, the traffic resource intensive, highlight the characteristics of strategic position over general by a variety of modes of transportation, transportation routes, multi-stage logistics channels and corresponding service organization system. The transport and logistics facilities of ourcountry are generally inadequately sophisticated, facing with many problems, including enormous fund investment, long payback period of investment, various uncertain factors and non-unified safety standards. Depending on the "One Belt and One Road" strategy, we could promote thedevelopment of transportation logistics channel enhance transportation logistics channel capacity , radiation and driving force, leading the spaceoptimization development, resource integration and intensive configuration elements, functional integration, the industrial cluster development,promote economic structure optimization and economic integration, forming new economic growth pole, to foster the development of new situation,strengthen the international competitiveness.
