摘要
组织中的认同是当前国际人力资源管理与组织行为研究的热点,以社会身份理论为主要基础,是指个人在组织中将自身归属于组织内的某个特征群体中的行为。国外的研究已经深入并开始细化:从组织认同出发,延伸到团队认同、关系认同、道德认同,而国内研究则尚不成熟,落后于国外。文章介绍了国外组织中认同的理论基础,对近年来不同类型认同的概念、测量以及相关研究成果进行了梳理和综述,并结合国外的最新研究进展进行了组织中认同的研究展望。
Identifications in organizations has become a worldwide hot topic in current human resource administration and organizational behaviorresearch. The term mainly is originated from the social identity theory, and refers to the behaviors that individuals attribute themselves respectivelyto certain featured populations in certain organizations. In recent years, overseas studies on organizational identification have been deepened andrefined. Originating from organizational identification, the studies have been expanded to team identification, relationship identification and ethicsidentification. While at the same time, domestic studies are still at a immature stage. This article introduces the theoretical basis of the overseasstudies on identifications in organizations, and respectively reviewed the concepts, measurements and relevant research results. Based on therecent progress of foreign scholars, the future agenda is also proposed.
