摘要
建筑工程设计安全是整个建筑安全的基础,建筑工程设计安全问题潜伏期长、事故出现突然。简要介绍国内外建筑安全设计现状,指出目前国内建筑安全设计存在的问题,从建立健全法规、观念转变、强化业主主导、建立评价指标、改进建设模式和设计模式等6方面给出加强建筑安全设计的应对措施,并在南京华润·悦府项目中得以实施和应用。
Architectural engineering design safety is the foundation of the whole building safety.The incubation period of construction engineering design safety problem is long, and the accident always occurs suddenly.The research status of construction safety design at home and abroad is introduced briefly, and the current domestic architectural design problems of security in China are pointed out. From six aspects including the establishment & perfection of laws & regulations, the change of concept, strengthening the owneroriented, the establishment of evaluation index, improving construction & design modes, the construction safety countermeasures are given to strengthen. And it is simply introduced that the implementation and application of safety design in the project of Nanjing China Resources:Yuefu.
