摘要
在"互联网+"背景下,网络招聘的普遍应用,给人才的跳槽带来了极大的便利;为此,企业间人才的争夺战异常激烈。许多企业常常陷入一种困境:前门在大力引进人才,后门却在源源不断地流失人才。文章在对企业人才流失进行原因探析的基础上,构建出一套企业人才识别机制,并针对企业关键型人才的管理问题,提出了一系列有效的建议。
Under the background of "Internet + ",the network recruitment brings a great convenience to the talent for job- hopping. So the talent competition among enterprises is very fierce.Many companies often get into a difficult situation: the front door in the introduction of talents,but the back door in a steady flow of internal talents. Based on the analysis of causes of talents run off in enterprises,the current paper proposed the establish of the mechanism for enterprise to identify talents,and put forward a series of effective suggestions,so as to solve the management problem of key talent in enterprises.
