摘要
西部欠发达地区的高校外语专业师资在专业能力、学历、科研水平等方面存在较多问题。针对这些问题,地方高校应根据教师特长合理安排专业课程,发挥个人优势,加大师资培养力度,支持继续教育,提高教师的专业能力与学历水平,鼓励科研工作,促进和提高教学与职称水平。办学单位应建立师资人才库,做到人尽其才,短期培养和长期发展相结合,从而实现师资的最优化利用。
There are many problems on the construction of foreign language teaching staff in universities of less developed western regions of China,including teachers’ professional expertise,educational levels,abilities of scientific research,professional ranks etc. In order to solve these problems,local colleges and universities should arrange professional courses based on teachers’ expertise and individual advantages,increase efforts to train teachers,support the teachers to take continuing education to improve their professional competence and qualifications,encourage teachers to devote to academic researches to promote and enhance their teaching proficiency and professional ranks. These colleges and universities should be established a talent pool of teachers,so that they can make best use of the talents of the teachers by short- term training and long- term development and achieve optimal utilization of teachers.
