非专业类高校心理健康教育课程教学模式改革浅析

The Primary Analysis on Teaching Mode of Non-professional Psychological Health Education Course in Colleges

拥有健康的心理是大学生发展的关键,高校大学生心理健康教育课程是对大学生进行心理健康教育的重要途径,对大学生身心健康、和谐发展具有重要意义。近年来,心理健康教育课程改革取得了一定成就,但同时存在一些问题。本文通过分析非专业类高校心理健康教育课程在教学模式中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学模块、教学方法、评价体系等方面提出改革对策,以提高高校心理健康课程教育的实效性。

Healthy psychology is the key to the college students’ development,college students’ mental health education curriculum is an important way for mental health education of college student,which has great significance to the harmonious development of college students’ physical and mental health. In recent years,the mental health education curriculum has obtained certain achievements,but there are some problems at the same time. In order to improve the effect of college mental health education course,the paper puts forward the reform opinions through analyzing the problems in the non- professional psychological health education course in colleges from the teaching contents,teaching method,teaching module and evaluation system and so on.
