摘要 以朝鲜族中小学校训为例,通过对部分校训的分析研究,浅析教育理念对学生人格培养的影响。校训对培养学生人格起着启迪心智、锻造品质、树立三观的作用。校训作为教育理念的一种特殊体现形式,有效地在潜移默化中引导学生健全人格的养成,帮助学生树立积极的、优秀的道德精神品质,为学生的学习与生活提供了积极的影响,具有特别重要的意义。 Taking school mottoes in primary and middle schools,the present study analyzed the influence of educational concept on the students’ personality cultivation. School motto could enlighten students’ mind,train their quality,and establish three appropriate views. Being a special form of expression,school motto could prefect students healthy personality,help them establish positive and great moral quality,which also has a great and positive impact on learning and the life.
