摘要
缅甸德铁水电站为引水式电站,引水系统长约730 m,未设置调压井,安装3台38.5 MW的混流式水轮发电机组。本文根据电站引水系统和水轮发电机组的特性,以雇主要求为原则,进行了水轮机调节保证计算,通过分析引水系统水流惯性、机组惯性和调速系统关闭规律之间的关系,提出了水轮机调节保证值,确保电站安全稳定的运行。
The THA-HTAY Hydropower Project in Myanmar is of a conduit type,and its headrace system is about 730 m long,without any surge shaft.The HPP is equipped with three 38.5MW mixed flow hydraulic turbine generator units.This paper carries out calculation of regulation guarantee for turbine according to the characteristics of headrace system and hydraulic turbine generator unit of the HPP and on the principle of the Employer's requirements,and proposes regulation guarantee values of turbines through analysis on the relationships between flow inertia of headrace system & unit inertia and closing rules of governor system,to ensure operation safety and stability of the HPP.
