At present, the yacht industry in Shanghai is in the stage of vigorous development, its future development potential can be expected. This paper systematically analyzes present infrastructure construction of the yacht industry in Shanghai, the basic operation of the yacht club and the status quo of the yacht industry chain, analyzes the bottlenecks existed in the development of yacht industry and gives several proposals for further development of the industry in the future.
