摘要
以国家大力发展新能源政策实施后全国风电装机快速增长为背景,对新能源集控建设的必要性及其与常规水电集控建设在直观上的区别以及建设新能源集控最需关注的风电场监控自动化系统的现状进行了描述与简析,并重点对由此引申的风电工程项目建设管理中容易被忽视,却在新能源集控模式下必须被高度关注的几个问题进行了剖析,提出了一些见解供行业内单位参考。
In the present paper,in the context of rapid increase in installed capacity of wind power projects throughout the country along with the implementation of national policies concerning new energy development,the construction necessity of new energy centralized control,the visual differences from the centralized control construction of conventional hydropower stations,as well as the key points in construction of new energy centralized control,i.e.the current situations of monitoring automation system of wind farms,are described and briefly analyzed.Moreover,this paper also analyzes some problems which can easily be neglected in the construction management of wind power projects and must be highlighted in the new energy centralized control mode,and also put forwards some opinions for organizations in the sector for reference.
