基于VSAT的大渡河流域VOIP应急调度通信系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 甚小孔径终端VSAT(Very Small Aperture Terminal)卫星通信系统具有速率高、微型化、建设周期短等优点,已在电力系统应急通信网建设中逐步得到广泛应用,VOIP(Voice over Internet Protocal)技术则将模拟声音信号数字化,使其可以在IP数据网络上传输。文中以大渡河流域VOIP应急调度通信系统为例,介绍了基于VSAT关键技术的大渡河流域VOIP应急调度通信系统建设案例,为今后进一步推广基于VSAT的VOIP应急调度通信系统在各个行业的广泛应用提供了积极的参考。
