弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCL)是临床上较常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率有明显上升的趋势。乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染在世界范围内普遍存在。有研究发现DLBCL患者HBV感染率较一般人群高,二者存在一定的相关性。
