不同表层角膜屈光手术对近视患者术后疼痛及角膜刺激症状影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究不同表层角膜屈光手术对近视患者术后疼痛及角膜刺激症状的影响。方法随机选取2014年5月至2016年5月收治的近视患者200例(400眼),依据不同表层角膜曲光手术将这些患者分为准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术组(PRK组,n=100,200眼)和微型上皮刀法准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术组(Epi-LASIK组,n=100,200眼)两组,对两组患者的术后疼痛指数及角膜刺激症状发生情况进行统计分析。结果两组患者术后1 d、2 d、3 d、5d疼痛指数、角膜刺激症状发生率均逐渐降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1 d、2 d、3 d Epi-LASIK组患者疼痛指数、角膜刺激症状发生率均显著低于PRK组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术后5 d两组患者的疼痛指数、角膜刺激症状发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Epi-LASIK较PRK更能有效缓解近视患者术后疼痛及角膜刺激症状,值得临床推广。 Objectiye To study the influences of different surface corneal refractive surgery in postoperative pain and corneal irritation of patients with myopia. Methods 200 cases of patients with myopia(400 eyes)who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly selected,these patients were divided into excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy group(PRK group,n = 100,200 eyes)and micro -epithelial knife excimer laser epithelial keratomileusis group(Epi - LASIK group,n = 100,200 eyes)two groups depending on surface of cornea refractive surgery. The postoperative pain index and corneal irritation occurs of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The pain inde-xes,incidences of corneal irritation decreased in 1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d after surgery( P 〈 0. 05). The pain indexes,incidences of corneal irritation of the Epi - LASIK group in 1 d,2 d,3 d after surgery were significantly lower than the PRK group(P 〈 0. 05),but the difference of pain index, incidence of corneal irritation in 5 d after surgery between the two groups were not significant( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Epi - LASIK is more ef-fective than PRK in relieving the postoperative pain and corneal irritation of patients with myopia,so it is worthy of promotion.
