摘要
以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯作为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备得到TiO_2-SiO_2溶胶,以偏钒酸铵为V源在玻璃表面制备V-TiO_2-SiO_2纳米复合薄膜,研究其对酸性品红溶液进行光催化降解效果.通过紫外分光光度计测定其降解效果.结果表明,V-TiO_2-SiO_2纳米复合薄膜对酸性品红有较好的光催化效果,与纯TiO_2膜49%相比,改性TiO_2膜表现出较好的光催化活性,达到了56.6%.
A novel TiO2 -SiO2 sol was prepared by sol - gel method using tetrabutyl titanate and etraethyl orthosilicate as precursors,ammonium metavanadate as vanadium source. The nano - composite V-TiO2-SiO2 films were fabricated on the glass by usingdip - coating method and the photocatalytic activity for acid fuchsin was tested. The degradation effect of the acid fuchsin wasdetermined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results show that the degradation rate for acid fuchsin reached 56. 6% by thefilm contrasting that of 49% of pure TiO2, which shows excellent photocatalytic activity.
