Dynamic Technology Business Incubator Screening Model Based on Linguistic Information

企业孵化器是国家创新创业的重要平台。创业企业的高不确定性、筛选因素的复杂性以及筛选过程中环境的变化、信息的更新、使得入孵企业筛选成为一个动态决策过程。研究在筛选机制上引入动态逻辑,并构建了基于语言信息的入孵企业动态筛选模型。该模型充分考虑决策者认知的模糊性和筛选过程的动态性,避免了信息处理中出现的信息扭曲和损失,一定程度上提高了入孵企业筛选的科学性和有效性。最后通过实例说明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Technology business incubator is an important platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, sBecause of high uncertaintyof start-ups, complexity of screening factorsthe changes of economic and business environment and the updating information onstart-ups caused the incubatee screening process to be a dynamic process. This research introduced dynamic logic to screening mechanisms, and a dynamic incubatee screening model based on linguistic information was established. The model is in full consideration ofdynamics and fuzzy cognitive of decision makers to improve effectiveness of screening and avoid the information distortion and loss. Anexample was analyzed to illustrate the validity and practicability of the model.
