米力农微泵治疗难治性心力衰竭效果分析

Effect analysis of milrinone micro pump in treatment of refractory heart failure

目的探讨米力农微泵治疗难治性心力衰竭的安全性和临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2016年2月收治的难治性心衰患者82例,随机分为研究组和对照组各41例,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予米力农注射液微量泵泵入治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组总有效率明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SBP、DBP值与治疗前相比明显降低、CO、LVEF值明显升高(P<0.05),且研究组患者的CO、SBP、DBP、LVEF变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的BNP值与治疗前相比明显降低、6min步行距离明显升高(P<0.05),且研究组患者的BNP、6min步行距离变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生情况与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效较好,能够有效改善其心功能,降低BNP水平,缓解心衰症状,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the safety and efficacy of milrinone micro pump in treatment of refractoryheart failure. Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with refractory heart failure in ourhospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected, and were randomly divided into studygroup and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routinetreatment, and the study group was given milrinone injection by micro pump in treatment onthe basis of the control group. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group significantly raised（P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the SBP and DBP values ofthe two groups significantly decreased, CO and LVEF values were significantly higher than beforetreatment（P〈0. 05） , and the changes of CO, SBP,DBP, LVEF in the study group were significantlybetter than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the BNP values of thetwo groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the 6 min walking distancesignificantly increased（P〈0. 05） , and the change of BNP and 6 min walking distance in the studygroup was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. There was no differenceof adverse reaction conditions between the study group and the control group（P〉0. 05）. ConclusionThe clinical effect of milrinone in treatment of refractory heart failure is better, and it caneffectively improve cardiac function, reduce BNP levels and alleviate symptoms of heart failure,with high clinical application value.
