摘要 中兴煤矿1207工作面使用沿空留巷技术实现了Y型通风,工作面Y型通风和采空区埋管抽采瓦斯改变了采空区的风流场,防止瓦斯涌入采煤工作面和沿空留巷工作面,保证了回风流的瓦斯浓度不超限,减少了采空区的瓦斯积聚。采空区瓦斯抽采和Y型通风的漏风流场特点,使供氧通道发育,加大采空区氧化带宽度,因此,2煤层采空区防灭火的重点就是防止上邻近煤层遗落采空区后发生自燃。根据工作面特点,布置了束管监测系统和采空区注氮系统,根据现场实数据,划分出了中兴煤矿Y型通风采空区的三带静态分布图,工作面回采期间通过气体检测,未发现发火征兆,效果良好。 The 1207 mining face of Zhongxing Coal Mine accomplishes Y-type ventilation by using gob-side entry retaining technology, the results show that the Y-type ventilation of mining face and gas drainage with pipe laying in goaf change the flow field,preventing gas emitting to working face,guaranteeing the gas concentration in air return under a certain limit and reducing the gas accumulation of mined zone.The focus of goaf spontaneous is to prevent the overlying coal spontaneous combustion in the aftermath of 2 coal mined zone. According to characteristics of coal face,decorate the tube monitoring system and the goaf nitrogen injection system,according to the real data,Three Zones of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf was determined.Through a gas detection during mining face,found no signs ig-nition,good results have been achieved.
