摘要
燃煤电厂面临的环境保护压力越来越大。以沿海地区某1 000MW燃煤发电机组为例,对其超低排放改造的主要技术路线进行了介绍,并对改造后的运行稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,正式在网运行的30d内,烟尘、SO_2、NOX3个指标的观测值分别低于《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223—2011)的标准限值5、35、50mg/m^3,保证率均为100.0%,高于95%,机组能够稳定运行,满足超低排放改造要求。
Coal-fired power plants are facing more and more challenges on environmental protection.This paper took a 1 000 MW coal-fired power generating unit in coastal as an example.The transformation of the unit for ultralow emmission was introduced.In addition,its operational stability after transformation was investigated.Results showed that soot,SO_2 and NOX met the requirements of 'Emissions standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants'(GB 13223-2011)with soot of 5mg/m^3,SO_2 of 35mg/m^3,and NOXof 50mg/m^3.The assurance rates of ultra-low emission standard were all 100.0%,greater than 95%.Therefore,the unit met the ultra-low emission technology transformation requirements and could operate stably.
