摘要
通过对4种涂层进行切向结冰循环剥离测试发现,样件A涂层虽然具有高的接触角,但是随着切向结冰剥离次数的增加,涂层的接触角逐渐降低,切向冻粘强度逐渐增大;而样件B、C、D涂层表面的接触角及切向冻粘强度变化不大,但样件B涂层的切向冻粘强度较低,通过向样件B涂层的配方中添加不同含量的端乙烯基三氟丙基聚硅氧烷后,发现当其质量分数为20%时,涂层具有较高的接触角及较低的切向冻粘强度,最后通过对端乙烯基三氟丙基聚硅氧烷质量分数为20%时涂层进行不同结冰温度、不同结冰时间的切向冻粘强度的测试发现,随着冻粘时间的延长及冻粘温度的降低,冰与涂层表面的切向冻粘强度呈逐渐增大的趋势,最后给出了较佳的除冰时间及温度。
There are four different kinds of coatings was prepared and the shear stresses of ice detachment weretested , the sample A has a high contact angle , but with increasing icing/deicing cycles times , the contact angledecreases and shear stresses of ice detachment increases gradually, while sample B, D coatings changes little.But the sample B with low shear stress of ice detachment. Vinyl terminated trifluoropropylmethylsiloxan, dimethylsiloxanecopolymer(VTTS) was added into sample B coating formula , we find that it has higher the contactangle and low shear stress of ice detachment when its content isω (VTTS) = 20%. At last,we tested the shearstress of ice detachment for it, with the prolong of frozen time and the decreases of frozen temperature, theshear stresses of ice detachment increase gradually , we give the better de-icing time and temperature at the endof the paper.
