水热温度对Ni(OH)_2/RGO复合材料结构及其电化学性能影响 被引量:3

摘要 以氧化石墨(GO)和硝酸镍为原料,采用水热法制备氢氧化镍/还原氧化石墨烯(Ni(OH)_2/RGO)复合材料,通过FT-IR光谱、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜表征了材料的形貌和结构,并采用循环伏安法、恒流充放电和交流阻抗谱测试了复合材料的电化学性能。结果表明,当水热温度为100℃时,制备了具有α相与β相互嵌型的α/β-Ni(OH)_2/RGO复合材料。在电解液为6 mol/L的KOH溶液中,放电倍率0.2C时复合材料比容量高达388.6mAh/g,放电倍率为10C时,复合材料比容量为266.1mAh/g,比容量保持率为68.5%,显现出良好的电化学性能。 Nickel hydroxide/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)Composite was synthesized using graphite oxide and nickel nitrate as raw material by hydrothermal method.The samples were characterized using FT-IR spectra,X-ray diffraction,and scanning electron microscopy.The electrochemical performances were investigated using cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge-discharge,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show thatα/βmutually embeddedα/β-Ni(OH)_2/RGO composite was synthesized When hydrothemal temperature was 100 ℃.The maximum specific capacitance of theα/β-Ni(OH)_2/RGO composite was 388.6mAh/g in6mol/L KOH electrolyte at 0.2Crate.The specific capacitance of theα/β-Ni(OH)_2/RGO composite was266.1mAh/g at 10 Crate.The specific capacitance retention was 68.5%.It indicates that the electrode material show excellent electrochemical performance.
