摘要
在分子拥挤环境及均布载荷下,利用Ⅰ型胶原蛋白制得定向有序排列的胶原纤维。以定向有序胶原纤维为模板,负载Zn^(2+),高温煅烧后制得ZnO纤维。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、物性分析仪对胶原纤维形貌和力学性能以及ZnO纤维形貌进行了表征,讨论了均布载荷作用及胶原蛋白浓度对胶原纤维定向性的影响,胶原蛋白浓度及Zn^(2+)浓度对ZnO生长形貌的影响等。结果表明,分子拥挤环境下,施加在胶原溶液上的均布载荷对成胶后的胶原纤维的取向存在诱导作用,使胶原纤维呈定向有序排列。定向排列的胶原纤维拉伸强度高于非定向胶原纤维约56%。低浓度胶原蛋白/Zn^(2+)溶液可形成保留了胶原纤维形貌的ZnO纤维。
Unidirectionally oriented collagen fiber was produced using typeⅠcollagen through applying uniform load on the collagen solution.ZnO fiber was fabricated by calcining collagen fiber loaded with Zn^(2+).Collagen fiber and ZnO fiber were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and texture analyzer.The effects of uniform load and concentrations of collagen on the orientation of collagen fiber,the effects of concentrations of collagen and Zn^(2+)on the morphology of ZnO were investigated.It was concluded that the uniform load applied on the collagen solution had an induction effect on the orientation of collagen fiber.Tensile test revealed that the tensile strength of oriented collagen fiber was 56% higher than that of non-oriented collagen fiber.The ZnO fiber fabricated through low concentration collagen/Zn^(2+) solution retained the morphology and structure of collagen fiber.
