摘要
从散装粮食楼房仓的受力特点出发,利用有限元软件对典型散装粮食楼房仓的变形和应力进行了数值分析.分析发现:楼房仓的仓壁中间向外弯曲产生空鼓,底层仓壁变形最大.仓壁在多个连梁和楼板的约束下,最大位移一般出现在仓壁中间的某个连梁位置,在有楼板约束的楼层处位移较小.楼房仓每层仓壁的应力从上到下逐渐变大,仓壁低端应力最大.地震作用下,每层仓壁越靠近楼板约束的位置,应力越大,底层的楼板位置仓壁应力达到最大.因此设计时应对柱子和楼层的连接处采取加强措施.
According to the mechanical characteristics of multi-storied warehouse with bulk grain,the deformationand stress of typical warehouse with bulk grain were analyzed by the finite element software. It was found that thewall of multi- storied warehouse was curving outward with empty- drum characteristic and the deformation forbottom wall is the largest. Under restraining for multiple coupling beam in the warehouse wall and the floors,themaximal displacement occurs generally in the middle of the warehouse wall of a beam position,and thedisplacement reach small value at floor. The stress for every level wall of multi- storied warehouse increasesgradually from top to bottom,the stress is the largest at bottom. Under earthquake action,the stress is greater at thelocation of the warehouse wall near the floor in each layer,and the stress reach maximum value at the joint of pillarsand the floor in bottom. Strengthening measures should be used at the joint of pillars and wall when multi-storiedwarehouse were designed.
