摘要 探索一种新的潮湿条件下阻菌性检测试验方法,并与传统的阻菌性检测试验方法进行比较.将3种不同浓度的黏质沙雷菌分别接种到50 m L培养基中,放入全自动血培养仪中培养,观察菌的生长情况.选取6种已知阻菌性能的膜敷料类产品,盲法标记,每种敷料分别用两种方法,进行3次重复试验进行传统方法与新方法的比对试验.胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤培养基比营养肉汤培养基更早观察到培养基浑浊.新方法6种样品观察结果与揭盲结果完全一致,而传统方法6种样品中出现2种样品结果观察结果与揭盲结果不一致的情况,1个出现杂菌污染结果,1个为假阳性结果.与传统方法相比,潮湿条件下阻菌性检测试验新方法准确性更高,操作简便,可避免传统试验方法中的交叉污染问题. We establish a new method under wet condition bacterial barrier properties detection and compare itwith the traditional method. Three different concentrations of Serratia marcescens were inoculated into 50 mLmedium,then cultured in the automated blood culture system,and observed the growth of bacteria. By selecting sixkinds of bacteria known barrier properties of the film dressing products,with blinding mark. Each of them wasdetected by two ways,repeated three times to compare traditional method and the new method. Tryptone soy brothbecome urbid earlier than nutrient broth. Six kinds of sample observations completely consistent with the unblindedresults in the new method,and two of six kinds sample sample results are inconsistent with the observationsunblinding results occurs in traditional methods,including one bacterial contamination result and one false-positiveresult. Compared with traditional methods,the new method under wet conditions bacterial resistance testing is moreaccurate,and easier to operate,can avoid cross-contamination issues in the traditional test methods.
