摘要
当今市场激烈的竞争中,比拼科技实力成为组织重要战略方向,RP(Research Park)型即大学科技园模式产学研协同创新就是一种技术密集型产业集群;发展是组织的永恒目标,而组织动力是组织发展的推动力量.以大学科技园型产学研协同创新的动因为出发点,探究其内涵、基本特征和内在规律,创建大学科技园型动因模型,结合"128号公路"分析各载体承载的相应动力要素,并依据牛顿力学原理和模型,检测各动力要素在系统中的影响程度.结果显示,竞争优势的大小取决于内源与激励动力在不同时间上相互协同作用合力的大小与方向.
In today’s fierce market competition,the competition power of science and technology became the importantstrategic direction of organizations,the RP type(park)research the mode of industry-university-research collaborativeinnovation,is a technology-intensive industry cluster. Development is the eternal goal of organization,and theorganization force is the driving force of the organization development. Taking university science and technologypark research collaborative innovation as a starting point,we explore its connotation,basic characteristics andinherent law,create“University Science and Technology Park”motivation model. Combined with“highway 128”analysis of the support and the corresponding dynamic factors,according to the force theory and the mechanicsmodel,the influences of the driving factors in the system are detected. As a result,the size of competitive advantagedepends on the magnitude and direction of the synergy of endogenous and incentive dynamics in different time.
